To develop a platform with an open framework which then can integrate various subsystems of smart buildings such as electricity, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire and light-current system and other equipment, to achieve a healthy, comfortable, safe and energy-saving life, office, shopping and many more different purposes of the 5i open integrated platform for smart applications.

            Tian-Cha Intelligent Technology is building a platform that allows users to interact with buildings through BIM technology and light-current devices, and through IoT, the device's running state, real-time data and its physical location are presented simultaneously in 3D way, and then through IVS intelligent monitoring, the security will be changed from passive monitoring to active detection. iBMS, a smart building management system platform that allows operators to react immediately to predefined trigger events and take timely action to reduce injury and disaster. The platform also displays the historical curve (Trend Chart) for each managing parameter as well as the historical record event logs that trigger events. With the functions of roaming and VR, the location and information of the five major MEP subsystems and equipment are all transparent to operators.

IVS :Intelligent Video Surveillance

  • Automatic analysis, filtering, so that surveillance cameras become human eyes.
